Par Selya is a full-blooded Saiyan, descendant of a royal lineage on Planet Horenso. Due to her erratic and aggressive demeanor, she was banished by her own parents, the King and Queen of Horenso. While she is making a living fighting on underground pits and dismantling illegal alien activity in her home planet, Selya is plotting her revenge against her parents, seeking the ultimate goal of taking back what is rightfully hers: Horenso's throne. She is a sovereign in exile, and the universe is her training ground for a royal reckoning.
